There were two interviews: the first was with HR, with questions focused on soft skills, company culture, and work ethic. I was then asked to fill out an application form. After that, I waited quite a while—a little over a month—before being called in for a user interview to discuss my skills, experience, and project plans, and was told to wait for news regarding the job offer.
