As entrevistas foram bastante assertivas e orientadas a cargos e responsabilidades, desafios e conquistas, bem como competências relacionais e de gestão. Foi um processo relativamente fácil, muito claro e muito bem desenhado. As entrevistas não foram longas e massudas, nem foram muitas.
