Moatable interview questions

Utter confusion in the recruiting process. The initial contact and screening call were positive. I was excited to move forward after receiving positive feedback. However, the process took an unexpected turn. A first scheduled technical interview was abruptly canceled for some reasons. The subsequent QA interview was a great experience, but the follow-up was disappointing. Instead of receiving feedback, I was asked to schedule a technical interview that had already been done. This confusion was eventually acknowledged as an error on their part. Ultimately, the rejection email included inaccurate and unhelpful feedback, focusing on skills not explicitly mentioned in the job description. It’s frustrating when a process starts well but ends with such disorganization and unclear communication.
