Interview
MobileSentrix offers a solid opportunity for those beginning their careers. The hiring process was smooth, and the team was professional and responsive. It's a good place to gain experience and build your skills.
However, I did notice some signs of favoritism or bias in how certain candidates or employees were treated. While it didn’t affect me directly, it’s something the company could improve to create a more inclusive and fair environment for everyone.
That said, the company has a lot of potential and, with some attention to diversity and equity, could become an even better place to grow professionally.

Asked nice questioned, but didn’t feel like they cared. I think they could’ve done better at seeming more interested. I think they should hire more qualified people. I felt as though they would hire anyone on the street. People didn’t work the best their either.
