I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Modern Teaching Aids (Brendale) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was first a group interview of around 15 people in a boardroom where the GM talked about the company, what the job entailed and his background. He then took us for a walk around the very large warehouse then we came back to the boardroom and he took us into a separate office one by one.
Easy questions, straight forward, don't need experience, quick start date after interview, bad company to work for, lack of hours and instability, casual for years so hard to get permanent position

Interview
The Interview Process consisted of one short interview with the hiring manager and project manager. It lasted around an hour, and was very objective and honest. They asked me about my skills and experience with different technologies and told me about the project and what they were looking for in the ideal candidate.
