Pretty standard process. Screening with a recruiter, followed by a second round with the manager. Although I did not make it past the second round, they did mention the last step in the process was a panel interview with individuals from different teams.

The recruiter made a question based on the Moderna mindsets. Other than that, pretty standard questions overall.
You are expected to have a lot of rounds of interviews but nice interviewers. One great thing is no need to have presentations which I believe it is not necessary.
