Interview
There's an initial phone screen of 30min, they ask about past projects and experience and to describe a particular relevant project in more detail. The second part is a series of 3 interviews with different team members. The first two are shorter and related to cultura and team fit. The last part is 1hr long and is the technical part. They'll pose a specific scenario and ask you to walk them through a solution. The ML one is a bank scenario about developing a voice authentication system from beggining all the way to model architecture
