Had an screening interview over the phone it was an unexpected call. Then had two video interviews going in-depth about the position. It was a fairly simple interview. Shared a little about my back ground and my Resume spoke for me.

Went for interview waited 2 hours for VP to come out said a couple words with his phone to his ear and said Im hired .. I still had many unanswered questions and then he just disappeared

Interview
Interviewed with a few of their managers. They want to make sure you have sales experience and seemed to prefer solar experience, but not a must. They made sure I was familiar with their products and understood how the solar sales process worked.
