Really unprofessional. I went for a 'competency' interview for a senior position and firstly had to walk across site myself to the interview room from reception as the interviewer "was too busy" to meet me at reception, secondly my interview was an aimless chat through my CV, with no competency questions asked... Got the impression that the interviewer had no real idea of what to ask regarding the job and was 'winging it'. Remember, you are going to be interviewed, but you are also interviewing the company!
