It was well structured and expedite. First an interview with the recruiter, some technical testing and finally an interview with the hiring manager. They needed me to speak a few languages since it is an international operation, so that mattered. I guess I passed all tests and things were handled quite smoothly. I don't remember, it was a long time ago. But they mostly had to do with integrity and references. Since some of my responsibilities had to do with handling confidential information and formulas. The overall experience was quite good.
