Three rounds of interviews. The first was on campus, the second at their local office and the third at their headquarters in NJ. Lots of situational and behavioral based questions. Some group portions, additionally most interviews were with two to three interviewers.

The first round of interviews was very straightforward. As soon as you walked in they asked you to go over your resume and they asked very pointed questions about each of your experiences and why you did something not related to your major. The next were your generic behavioral questions such as 'name three strengths and three weaknesses' which they followed up with 'why are those your strengths and weakness and what have you done to improve.' the interview lasted a total of 15min and I didn't think it went well but I got called back for their two day on-site second round
