Aptitude following Group Discussion following interview and followed by a personal interview with behavioural aspects. Regional sales manager will ask you questions based on your resume and past experience. Basic sales and distribution management questions.
Interview process starts with Telephonic followed with video conferencing..Once through with these two than final round of interview is taken by Branch Manager and HR Manager of the region
