I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International
Interview
The interview was scheduled over email with one of the campus recruiters that came to my school. There were two interviewers and it was a casual setting: in the restaurant at a hotel. The questions were mostly behavioral questions such as how do you deal with conflict, etc. It seemed as though the interviewers were slightly unprepared as they kept running out of questions to ask me. Overall I ended up asking them more questions then they had prepared for me.
