The interview process was very fast, and felt very unstructured. The communication/coordination wasn’t tremendously corporate professional, and therefore the experience felt very much unpolished. The recruiting coordinator works in a completely different country, so there were time zone errors on invites that created confusion. I’m not entirely sure thats the most efficient practice. I personally believe by the time I was reached out to for the interview, a decision had already been made, and perhaps that was why the entire process felt so sped up. The fact that the job listing was taken down a day prior to the spontaneous phone call from the recruiting coordinator is what led me to believe this. In looking for the job listing, I discovered listings on other sites, that didn’t entirely match the description I had applied for.
