I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mondelēz International in June 2025
Interview
Was able with their virtual assistant to get an interview, but only had one time slot available which was more than a week advance, and had to download an app for a virtual interview, gave me a way to connect with them, but they stood me up and waited 45 minutes after the initial start time, i reached out to see and reschedule if possible, and did so for a time slot earlier than the first for 3 days later, got to that day an hour before they canceled. Rescheduled a 3rd time and never heard from them after. I dont believe they are even trying to hire anyone. Total waste of time, especially given its was for a part time position.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Fairburn, GA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Great interview process! It was not difficult at all. The interview took place via Zoom. The Recruiter and Manager throughly explained the expectations for the position, company goals and welcomed all questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Mondelēz International in Dec 2023
Interview
They sent me an email at night on a Thursday asking to schedule a phone interview. I replied with a date a few days out and they confirmed it. Then the morning of the interview I get an email saying that something came up and that they'll have to move it to the late afternoon. I agreed because I understand things happen.
The initial phone interview was pretty easy and It was just confirming that I can do the duties of the job, why I want to work with Mondelez, and a little bit about myself.
They asked me if I want to move forward to the next step and I agreed. They listed a few times I could have the 2nd interview online and I scheduled one for mid-day the following day.
Then again, at 10:00am they called me saying something came up again, and that I'm not going to interview with the original person, Instead I'll get a call from a different person sometime within the next 3 business days.
Honestly, the first time an interview gets moved, I understand and I'll agree to reschedule, the second time, they should have it set at a time with a person who is available to interview me. I feel like they weren't respectful of me or my time because they pretty much wanted me to be on standby for 3 days waiting for a phone call.
Also, I kept getting sent around to different people. First the emails were signed by someone different than the person I spoke with. 2nd I was supposed to interview with a different person for my 2nd interview but that person wasn't available so they passed me off to someone else. Then that person calls me to tell me that someone else would call me. So I was speaking to like 4 different people and they all were telling me that the process was going to be different. It was very confusing and I just decided to not move forward.
