Interview
Was referred to the job by a relative. Applied via e-mail. Got a phone call from the director. Met with her in-person for a one-on-one interview. Talked about my background including schooling and work history. Was asked why I was applying for this job. A few days later, I was offered the job and came back to sign my job offer.
