I had a phone interview with HR which led to an in person interview. The host was 25 minutes late and the interview was rushed. They offered low pay for a lot of responsibilities. I was not selected for the position even though the interview went good.

Went through a hiring agency that set me up with the interview. They set up my open interview and I interviewed with the two principals. About 2 hours after the interview I got a call that they would like to hire me.

On a Saturday, 2 hours long. with a panel. asked and tested cad / revit skills, informal process.
two part interview, first was panel on the phone, second was in person. the follow up took forever.
