Monticello Real Estate interview questions

1) Phone interview by a person with the title Transaction Coordinator which consisted of very generic questions. 2) Followed by a request from them to submit an edited reel (60-120 seconds) using the footage they have by the next day. I spent one full day editing that video. 3) They confirmed receipt but there was no feedback or anything. 4) Followed up with them after a week with "The Broker himself is busy at the moment and unable to get back and check all of it. We will get back to you should for an update." A very negative experience given the video editing requirement was very short noticed, no pay, and worst of all, there was no common courtesy to provide a some form of response/ follow up afterwards. There was no mention what they did with the video. I guess a blessing in disguise for not having moved further down the interview process to be honest.
