Monumental Business Solutions interview questions

I had applied to this post through LinkedIn and I was invited for 1st round of interview. 1st round was just introduction round which got over in 5-10 mins. After a week, I got a call for 2nd round and they mentioned it was a observation interview and it was from 1:30 to 8:30PM. I reached on time, they asked me to sign a document where they mentioned like I am not an employee of that company and we are just attending as an observer for one day. Later they took all of us to a remote place which was very far from city, I couldn’t even get a cab to come back in between. We walked for about 5 hours and knocked almost 100 doors to talk to people and promote his one of client website/brand/app . We didn’t get time for lunch or not even for washroom access. My legs became numb as I was walking/standing for 5 hours continuously. By the time it was over it was already 7:40 and they took us back to office and we reached office by 9 PM. It was the worst day of my life and I had to give stupid reasons to get out of there. They don’t have courtesy to treat people nicely or atleast to offer them water or washroom access. They didn’t mention the job details before the interview because they want people to work for them for FREE. I don’t suggest this to anyone else especially for girls.
