Round 1 – HR Round
Questions included:
“Why did you leave XYZ company?”
“Top 3 words to describe yourself”
“Something weird or special about you”
“How do you resolve conflicts?”
“How do you leave?”
“Why Moonfrog?”
The interviewer probed very deeply into every answer, often pushing further with each response. The experience felt more like an interrogation than a conversation.
Round 2 – DSA + Project Discussion
Asked to share one of my projects in detail.
Then asked 3 DSA questions.
The interviewer did not provide any nudges, hints, or discussion. The questions felt like they required prior exposure rather than logical problem solving during the interview. Overall, the interviewer seemed inexperienced or disinterested in conducting the interview.
