My first meeting with the co-founder was frustrating and disorganized. She arrived five minutes late after a week of repeatedly rescheduling. The rushed 20-minute meeting offered no details about the company or the role, only a mention of their senior sales team and a question about why I wanted to leave my current job. She indicated we would move to the next stage, which involved completing a task, but after a week of no communication, she rejected my application, citing other candidates with more suitable experience. The overall experience felt unprofessional, aggressive, and poorly structured.
