Interview
Was contacted by recruiter from resource network. they did a phone screen. Asked quite a few questions then told me the manager would be in touch with me. The next day the manager contacted me we had a formal interview with a panel of 3 members of management. Then was called back in few days later to do a chef Test and cook for that same team. Once that was completed I awaited a call from a member of the regional culinary team. I was asked a few questions from him . Then I was offered the job and awaited a back ground check. Then I did a drug test and TB test on site.

Had 2 interviews after getting past the recruiter. First was virtual with the Campus Executive Chef and an HR person.
2nd was a food demo with Campus Chef and Regional Chef.

The interview process was fantastic. The communication from everyone involved made it easy. From the written test to the practical cooking exam it was an exciting process to be a part of. I appreciate everyone involved in the process
