Interview over the phone since I was relocating then flew up for face to face interview. Interviewed with RDO and then had panel of hospital employees that did interview for that location. Was an internal candidate but was transferring sectors in Compass Group. Panel interview was first one I had done but was interesting to see the different hats that are even in hospital administration.

Professional experience. Scenario based questions focused on customer and patient dining experiences. Client retention is important to Morrison Healthcare. Experience preferred, however Morrison had a robust training and development program designed to prepare employees for next level promotion readiness.
