It was quick and basic. We walked out to the food court of the mall. They had a paper with interview questions they were reading from. Very corporate and safe questions. Nothing that jumps out at you as a creative question.

My interview process was simple and insightful. I was asked about previous jobs, what I contributed, and my skills. Interviewer was nice, went over my resume and application. I did not have much retail experience, but my skills from previous jobs applied to this position such as cash register experience, cleaning, customer service, etc.
