I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Motiva Enterprises
Interview
Took 4 weeks from interview to denial letter. Interview wasnt difficult, just your basic behavioral questions. Nice people but as the rumors i heard, Motiva is notorious for politics. As i was waiting for my interview i heard them by accident through the walls saying how they already picked all but one person, not even through day 2 of interviews. So i knew i wasnt an option because i didnt know anyone inside.

Question 1
Any question that starts with "tell us a time you had to", make sure you prepare for that.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Motiva Enterprises (Port Arthur, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
Two panel interviews on the same day.
Behavioral and scenario based questions were asked. Nothing two extreme, they just want to know who you are and if you're willing to learn, be dependable, and overall have good work ethic. After the interviews the HR rep stated it would be around 1-2 weeks until we'd hear something back. Sure enough a week later I received an email with a conditional employment offer pending drug screen, background, and physical.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Motiva Enterprises (Port Arthur, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was very laid back it consisted of two separate interviews with a set of 3 people at each room location. The questions in both interviews were fairly familiar so I'm guessing it was a way to compare each others evaluations of each one of the the people interviewing.
Question 1: Tell us about yourself.
Question 2: Tell us about a time you were in a situation that you felt was unsafe with a coworker and how did you intervene when the issue came up?
Question 3: What would you say is your best skill, when it comes to the position you're applying for?
Question 4: Dealing with a disgruntled employee, how do you fix the situation?
Next set of interviewers
Question 1: Tell us about yourself
Question 2: When stuck with a difficult situation, how did you overcome the situation and what steps did you take?
Question 3: Describe a time you worked as a team member to help resolve a issue and what steps help resolve the issue?
Then they asked if I had any questions, I went on to ask about the plant and size of the facility overall.
