I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Motivo (Japan) (Tokyo)
Interview
They quite literally show you a pipe-dream. They will show you this odd presentation of their 'five-core values' (that are never really displayed or proved how you are assessed on), go on about the 'company' (which you'll later learn is just a big project for a singular individual), and what you'd learn under the position (which is all from existing websites like Hubspot)
They then ask you what your values are, where you see yourself in the next five years; the usual basic, boring interview questions. They will hire you regardless because they need cattle to farm their work. They will also tell you 150-200 applicants applied when you can quite literally see the amount that have applied via linkedin, Glassdoor, etc.
After a long and inarticulate presentation about the company "values" you will robotically be asked the typical questions and be responded with "thank you for answering" "thank you for asking" "uh huh" "hmm, hmm".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Describe yourself in three words" "Tell me three of your strengths" "Tell me three of your weaknesses" '"Where do you see yourself in five years?" "Why did you apply to us?" "How do you manage problems?"
4 interviews, fascinating and very insightful. They walk me through the whole process and explain clearly the goal and mission of the company, as well as what the role would entail.
