After applying online I received an email from a recruiter the next day asking for my availability. There was no phone screen or call with the recruiter. The next week I had a call with the Development Director to discuss the role, my background and the usual behavioral questions. The scheduled 45 minute call lasted for over an hour but it was an enjoyable conversation. After this, I was completely ghosted and received no further communication, however someone from the team did view my LinkedIn page on more than one occasion.
