Step-by-step: I sent my resume to the hiring authority. He asked a few exploratory questions. I had to pass a screening exam, second round interview. The screening exam was brutal. I don’t know what the second round questions looked like because I didn’t get that far.

The interview process was a meeting with the hiring manager followed by interview with engineers. The hiring manager interview was loosely technical and the second round was coding. After that we would have moved to an in person interview.
