- not a structured interview process, mostly focused on experience questions instead of behavioral ones
- seemed like I was being interviewed into a dysfunctional team with high turnover without clearly being told that was the case

Have you ever worked in the public safety sector before?
First, an interview with the director of customer success. If all goes well than you meet with a manager of customer success for a conversation regarding your background and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the role or the company.

The process had two interviews in place. I did pass the first interview. I had the second one with the VP of sales. Most of the interview had behavioral questions
