30 minute window via Zoom. Quick introduction and overview of the company at which point it time it was handed back over to me to go over my specifics.
The person was on their phone the entire time. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were possibly taking notes, but after I got to a few pauses in the conversation and there was an obvious lag on their end of realizing I was done talking, it was very apparent notes were not being taken they simply weren't paying attention and doing something else entirely.
The interview process felt like "we have a candidate and I have to sit through this, so here I am but I have no intention on being actively involved/invested."
Bottomline: felt extremely awkward as I have never had an interview go like this one. No questions about anything I talked about, no in-depth responses to the questions I asked at the end. Just a "I have another meeting, thank you for your time."
Easy interview because there was nothing to do.

Question 1
Essentially the canned, interview 101 of "tell me about yourself and your experiences as to how they would fit this role/opportunity."
