Sorry you took this as a bad experience. It wasn't meant to be that way. When we do ask for an interview, with you sharing your thoughts and accomplishments through a PowerPoint presentation, it actually allows you to show how you have handled challenges in the past and how you accomplished overcoming them. It allows you the opportunity to shine. I am sorry you chose not to participate in this process.
