Interview
2 telephonic rounds with one from the EMEA head and one from the India head. The EMEA head was very knowledgable and assessed more breadth of the past experiences along with a focus on business and strategy. The India head interview was a mere formality although he did ask some direct technical questions, not very interesting conversation

Interview
HR round, Technical round and final HR offer. HR asked about current job, why new job and how I can add value. Technical was phone and basic question of IT, sales and design of solutions. Final HR offer was sent by email and in person later at office. It was not so difficult as it was a new venture with HP and hiring was in full swing.
