Interview was setup through teams by MPhasis with their end client Hiring Scam through a 3rd party recruitment agent named eTeam. Do not bother wasting your time with this company at all. They will lure you in and deceive you that it is a full-time contract role with MPhasis, partnering with HP as an end client, saying there is performance bonuses and benefits. After going through the interview with end client HP, Mphasis will flip words like flipping prata, and change to contract role, lower the salary by far, and no bonuses given. After agreeing to their already reduced bonuses, they leave you hanging while still secretly hiring behind your back for the same job position through a different 3rd party recruiter.
