Interview
In the first round, I introduced myself and my experience and got intro on the company, the team I would work in, and the position. In the second part of the interview, there were technical questions to assess my IT skills.
The second interview was meant as a culture-fit check. It was an informal chat about myself and about the inner workings of the team.
The process only took a couple of days and I received an offer within hours of the second interview.
