Interview
It consists of three rounds of interview, the first is a basic chat more about abilities and knowing the person, second is more a discussion about the job and work benefits with some extra questions and the third is an in person trial day
1. HR round to know you better
2. Technical task for home with playwright or cypress to automate web app
3. Technical round - discussion 1 hr with tech team
Das erste Gespräch fand online statt und war sehr sympathisch. Das Vorstellungsgespräch vor Ort war anspruchsvoll und fair. Der Probetag bestand aus einer Führung, einem Gespräch und einer praktischen Aufgabe. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder bei Thomann bewerben.
