Interview
initial interview is by phone. Second is in person, 1:1. During the application process, you will have taleo personality questions to answer. You will also have to do a test on customer service and best responses.
The interview is AI which isn’t a good way of doing things. I’d rather have a real person interview me. They didn’t even consider my resume or experience. I was surprised that happen with a large company like that.
I did the Application, interview request with a recruiter was a week later, after that I had an interview with multiple manager, offer or denial. I was offered the position and accepted
