They called me for an interview very last minute. When i came during the appointed time, HR staff was not ready and had i ended up waiting for an entire hour. During the interview, the entire process was very tensed and the person who asked the majority of the questions was unfriendly and condescending.

the job hunter need to submit CV & portfolio along with cover letter for them to review, then, they will ask you to fill an online form. The form is more towards personal attitudes and values. After several weeks of the application, they call for an interview, since I am applying for an abroad job, they interviewed me via Skype. In the interview, we got to share the knowledge and sell ourselves as well as learning more on the company. After successful interview session, they call in for second stage qualification-assessment through assignment. After submitting the assignment give, they offer me the job, and the negotiation process begins.
