It was a smooth process. General questions are followed by role-specific questions. Shift adaptability, weekend work cycles adaptability etc.
There was a written test which was again a role-specific one to test out the writing skills of the candidate.

Very thorough and good management, polite, and the other is a great opportunity for anyone who is in the process of getting a job. The reason why I think that the company is a great example of the most important in the e-commerce industry is because of the great communication and quality.
