Poor interview process. The hiring manager didn’t seem to actually know what the company did nor how to explain what type of marketing they do as a “marketing company”. Possible MLM scheme. It was less of an interview and more of a mini “seminar” where i was told to take notes. Hiring manager went on to “teach” basics of marketing, which we’re not even optimal practices.

Interview
Interview was a panel style where multiple candidates were invited to learn more about the company and role. The interview started promptly and all audio and video communication was uninterrupted. The next steps in the interview clearly explained what the candidates can expect and exactly when to expect a follow up, regardless of selection. Great hiring team!
