Interview
online interview with ADOS, assistant director of studies, no more than 15 mins, very relaxed but still professional. Zoom or teams meeting first before moving on to cover teacher availability to part time to full time if you are lucky
Calm, friendly and easy environment, asked 7-8 questions, salary is low, the building is generally cold. Small room chat, not having a very formal process. Talking upon sales and previous experience.

Interview
The first stage was a formal interview with the Head of Marketing. It was for about 25 minutes, from general questions about my last experience and my professional background to specific questions about the skills needed for the role. For the second stage I had to answer some questions related with the role as if they were a business case, the time to do it was 3 or 4 days.
