NEXT Software Development Manager interview questions

After waiting for several weeks without any contact, I logged into their candidate portal to see I'd been selected for telephone Interview. Heard nothing again for another few weeks then received an email saying thanks but no thanks. My candidate profile then said "Status: Unsuccessful at Telephone Interview" despite no telephone interview taking place. I emailed back requesting some clarity but have had no reply.
