The interview process was relaxed. There was a group assessment, interview and you had to do a presentation. They advised that each candidate would get detailed feedback yet they failed to provide this which is so dissapointing

I filled out an initial application form and was then invited to do a video interview- you have 2 mins to prepare before recording. One of the shortest as there's only 4 questions. After which I was invited to complete the online assessments. If you pass this there's an assessment centre. I couldn't make it to mine so I don't know what the day's plan is
