Interview was conducted alongside two tests. The interview itself is competency based, meaning they asked questions like 'this role involves managing a team and overseeing 10 major projects, can you tell us about a time where you have managed a team and multiple projects, and can you tell us about any challenges and how you managed them?'
In addition to this I had to make a presentation on a specified question, present to the panel and manage a Question and Answer session. Finally, I was given a paper and asked to imagine that I was the manager for the programme and that I needed to review the paper and give feedback to the team member.
