The first step was applying online and there were various filters that had to be completed, this took about half an hour.
The next step was waiting for acceptance to complete a numeracy test. Any standard numeracy test practice site will help with this stage.
Confirmation came through for the next stage which were interviews in front of a panel.

Took about 10 minutes, ask questions about why I wanted to work here, asked to describe two accounting terms, one of them being as 'accurals'. Spoke about progression, and who you will under, and so on.

The interview process was straightforward. The interviewers were very friendly, it was a panel of 3 who I went before. The range of questions were focused on my people skills, management skills, and there were questions asked that were very NHS specific as they were looking for a desirable to be NHS experience previously.
