From start to finish, very quick and efficient, despite the bad news. Panel interview with 4 Managers, then a skills based excel test. Found out the next day with useful feedback.

They asked a number of questions; current issues facing NHS, previous management experiences (issues with colleagues and how you dealt with them), project work you've completed.

It was a Microsoft Teams call with 3 people. There were 6 questions and one task to do ( reply to a mock e-mail from a patient). Duration was about 30-45mins.

it was very friendly. They asked only for about 20 mins. all questions were general. what do you do when you work at fast paced organization? there were 2 interviewers. they want more answers related to work.
