      Trainee Biomedical Scientist Interview

      1 Aug 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Newcastle upon Tyne, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at NHS (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Feb 2015

      Interview

A full tour of the lab and facilities with some small hands on work to test practical skills, followed by a 15 minute interview. The usual set of questions were asked, why do you want this?, why do you think you should get the position?, and what would be your plan after the placement? In total this took about an hour.

      Question 1

If an issue arises in the lab, by your own fault or others, what would you do?
