drug chart screening test, prioritisation tasks and panel interview. The panel interview lasted for 30 minutes, questions ranged from competency type questions to clinical queries. The panel was made up of 3 senior pharmacists at the trust
Asked about audit and governance, had to do a presentation on the speciality. They asked about team work aswell and how online services differed to their in person practice. I had 4 people interviewing me
Interview questions and sometimes written clinical exam and a calculation exam. First section might be you doing a presentation showing your previous work experience and showcasing how you have reached your current role
The interview process was straightforward and professional. The communication was clear, and the questions were relevant to the role. Overall, it was a smooth and standard experience with no surprises.
