I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Ascot, England) in July 2020
Interview
The interviewers were very welcoming and made me feel at ease.
It’s very much a values interview.
Asking questions about your values and motivations. Do plenty of research on these types of questions and you’ll be fine.
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Saint Albans, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
1 hour interview with lots of questions unrelated to the job. Ladies were nice but I found the process quite tiring. I have been to lots of interviews but this one I would always remember as ‘How to make fun of someone with lots of experience’.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Friendly but I found the questions to be pretty vague. The members of the interview panel were both extremely friendly and patient. So, Yes the overall interview was good and all answers should be in the form of examples. No conventional questions were asked. The interviewer did ask about the job description and duties that I would do.
About a time when you took time to talk to a person and convince them to do something? I don't really remember this question well but it was something like this.
Was interviewed by a panel of people from the GP. One was distracted and did not pay attention to me, another one asked no questions.
Was told that I would hear from them on a specific day only to be ghosted. At least have some decency to explain to candidates why they were unsuccessful.
