Panel interview (3 people), recruiting manager, director and lab personal, scenario based questions plus competency based questions, provided right answers after your answer if you got it wrong.

What would you do if a patient called and asked about the progress with the sample and results?
Everyone was very friendly, kind and welcoming. The interview itself was comfortable and not daunting. I felt welcome and only 4 questions were asked of me. The interviewers also provided prompts to help you fully answer the questions
