      Data Quality Coordinator Interview

      4 Dec 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Wolverhampton, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Wolverhampton, England) in June 2021

      Interview

It was an experience of an online interview with the results of the test my English competency, general administrative knowledge of health sector assessment and realized that every organization has their bias, errors and strengths. I interviewed by two very serious, formal and professional but unaware of the situations that a foreign country might be opposed in your strive to get a job. They were polite, time manager and patient but they didn't pay attention to wearing masks and have a British especially Birmingham accent could be a barrier to have a smooth conversation with a person who English is their second or third foreign language. I had problem with the accent of the lady who was the coordinator for the session and it caused misunderstanding about the question she asked. They asked some questions about routine procedures in Wolverhampton NHS Trust and they didn't go to the differences between my country's health system and NHS. I meant it's about subjects that you can learn in the next position even in the short term period.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

All questions rounded to the rules, health sector procedures, daily duties in the work place and some technical and colleagues relevant issues. Questions aimed to assess your critical thinking, professional character, interaction with caregivers and stakeholders. There were nothing odd and unfamiliar in the interview.
